ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by the District & Sessions Judge, Siwan, to the Opposite Party No.2 in Maharajganj P.S. Case No.335 of 2014. It has been submitted that on merits the Opposite Party No.2 did not deserve bail.

Having considered that it was for good reasons that a Sr. Judicial Officer exercised his jurisdiction and granted bail to the Opposite Party No.2, I see no reason to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
