The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 163 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code . It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the recovery has been from the house of his brother Ganesh Sahni and the petitioner is residing at a distant place which is evident from the confessional statement of Ganesh Sahni itself as refered by the police in the first information report. It is further contended that in the related Baruraj P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015, after noticing the aforesaid fact, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

No.17095 of 2016 (3) dt.24-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Ram Naresh Sahni be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 163 of 2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
