In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) To quash/set-aside the order dated 25.03.2022 passed by respondent no.2 in Supply appeal no. 99/2022 whereby and where under affirm the exparte order issued vide memo no. 88/ Baisi dated 11.01.2021 passed by respondent no. 4, the subdivisional officer, Baisi whereby and where under pleased to cancel the PDS shop license no. 10/2016 of the petitioner.

(ii) To restore the license no.

10/2016 of the petitioner with immediate effect.

(iii) Any other relief(s) for which petitioner entitled under the law may be given to him."

3. The petitioner has remedy of filing revision under provision 32(vi) of Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System Control Order, 2016. He is at liberty to file revision before the revisional authority. The revisional authority is hereby directed to decide revision petition within a period of four months from the date of receipt of filing of revision petition.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
