JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to grant the petitioner monetary benefits to the Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACP / MACP) with effect from 19.5.1992 with all consequential benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.4117 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 No. 2 i.e. the Principal Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 2, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
