JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 Counsel for the petitioners submits that his claim is covered by the decision in the case of Baban Ram & ors vs. State of Bihar decided in the proceedings arising out of CWJC No. 8261 of 2011 (Annexure 2 to the writ petition). It is his submission that relying upon the same he would be approaching respondent No. 4 for similar benefits as that granted to

Patna High Court CWJC No.6314 of 2015(3) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 petitioner of CWJC No. 8261 of 2011.

Before filing the writ petition, the petitioners have not approached the authorities. There is no informed decision whether the claim of the petitioners is at par with petitioner of CWJC No. 8261 of 2011.

In the circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioners the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for by petitioners' Counsel for approaching respondent no. 4.
