Patna High Court CWJC No.8514 of 2021 dt.03-01-2022 2/3 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "1(i) For declaration that the action of respondent bank by which they have declared the C.C Account No. 1638250001557 of petitioner as N.P.A. is illegal and against the norms of law.
(ii) For issuance of command directing the bank officials to restore the C.C Account No. 1638250001557 of petitioner as on 31.10.2019 i.e. prior to declaration as N.P.A.
(iii) For commanding the respondent bank to not initiate any proceeding against petitioner during pendency of this writ petition.
(iv) For holding that petitioner is not liable to pay any interest/overdue amount since 30.11.2019 till final disposal of the writ petition and thereafter because of the fact there is no fault of petitioner.
(v) For any other writ/writs, order/orders for which petitioner deemed entitled to."
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, which is now fully functional.
Permission granted.
We are sure that as and when any such proceedings are initiated, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
The present petition stands disposed of as
