The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that notwithstanding admission in Diploma in Pharmacy and Bachelor in Pharmacy Course and approval granted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India and the inspection carried out by the State of Bihar, they have not issued "No Objection Certificate" to the petitioner-Institute.

Patna High Court CWJC No. 4996 of 2020(2) dt.12-06-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submission and the statement made in paragraph 27 of the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Governemnt of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.

2) to take appropriate decision, if not already taken, with regard to their inspection and compliance report on the same during course of inspection. Necessary decision in this regard shall be taken by the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
