2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S Case No. 1376 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections under Section 395 of I.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, five accused persons are alleged to have come to informant on two motorcycle armed with pistol entered into his shop and looted cash worth of Rs. 25000/- and two cheques of Rs. 500000/- each of Kotak Mahindra Bank along with mobile of his staff.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that Petitioner is not named in FIR but his name transpired during the course of investigation. It is further submitted that nothing incriminating article has been recovered

Similarly situated coaccused already granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59212 of 2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 80671 of 2023 vide order dated 04.03.2024. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 08.02.2023.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and period of custody and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-XIV in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 1376 of 2022.
