The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.169 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, there is allegation and counter allegation by both the parties and only because the petitioner is co-villager, his name has been brought into in the present case on account of local politics.
Considering the aforementioned submissions and the nature of allegations and also the fact that the petitioner has

No.19051 of 2015 (3) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 no criminal antecedents, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.169 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
