2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 212 of 2022 instituted under Sections 323, 341, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The victims are said to have been assaulted by the accused persons. After investigation, the police has exonerated the petitioners and submitted final form in their favour.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, District- Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S.
