2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. Case No. 132 of 2024 arising out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 572 of 2023 for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 14.08.2023, by the informant, Raj Kumar Paswan.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that he works as a cash collection agent in Radiant Cash Management Service Ltd. and on the fateful day, after collection Rs.08,61,062/- kept it in a bag was hanging in the handle of his motorcycle and as he was moving towards Punjab National Bank, the accused intercepted and fled away with the bag. Accordingly, the F.I.R.

4. Earlier the petitioner moved before this Court in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14453 of 2025(3) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 Cr.Misc.No.45780 of 2024, which was rejected on 18.09.2024.

4. As per the case diary, the police picked up the suspected persons with similar antecedent, petitioner being one of them, upon search there was a recovery/seizure of Rs.1,25,000/-, from the accused persons.

5. Considering the allegations that has come against the petitioner coupled with the fact that he has fifteen criminal cases of same nature, for the present, this Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of bail, which is accordingly dismissed.

6. Since the petitioner is in custody for one and half years, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an earliest.
