The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.443 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, District-Patna. Case diary in the present case has earlier been called for, which has since been received.
After perusal of the case diary and after hearing the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19095 of 2015 (3) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 learned counsel for the informant, I do not consider it to be a fit case for anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
