The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhairvasthan P. S. Case No. 33 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the serious nature of the allegation that the petitioner killed his wife in conspiracy with other relatives and disposed of her body without informing her parents, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
