The petitioner was granted interim protection by an order, dated 09.07.2015, against any coercive steps for his arrest. The petitioner and his wife Pooja Devi had appeared before me in Chambers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner and the said Pooja Devi are residing peacefully together. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, this application is allowed. Let petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today before the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19464 of 2015 (8) dt.01-12-2015 of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Complaint Case No. 1969 of 2013 ( Tr. No. 3503 of 2014), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
