2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions/mandamus to the respondents University to regularize the service of the petitioner who is working as a Lecturer in the subject of music, Department of Humanities in the light of direction/order passed by the Chancellor of the Universities of Bihar in MU(Appeal) No.13 of 2013 dated 18.8.2017.

However, the Chancellor shall have the power to issue direction to the University in the Administrative or Academic interest to the university which he considers to be necessary. The direction issued by the chancellor shall be

Patna High Court CWJC No.4654 of 2023(3) dt.04-02-2025 2/2 implemented by the Vice-Chancellor. It has been mentioned in clause-ii sub-clause-7 of Section 9 of the Bihar State Universities Act, 1976.

(ii) The petitioner further prays to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in the light of similarly situated persons have been regularised by the L.N.Mithila University, Darbhanga and B.R.Ambedkar University, Muzaffarpur.

(iii) The petitioner further prays for direction to the university vis-à-vis Principle of the college not to disturb the regular functioning of the petitioner.

And for any other relief/reliefs the petitioner may be found entitled."

Considering the relief(s) prayed by the petitioner, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Vice-Chancellor of Magadh University and the Vice-Chancellor of Patliputra University along with all supporting documents within a period of three weeks and the Vice-Chancellor of Magadh University and the Vice-Chancellor of Patliputra University are well advised to sit together and consider the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, in view of Annexure-1 of this petition, within one month thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
