The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Muffasil Sadar East Champaran P.S. Case No. 25 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the FIR, the informant, lady alleged that it was the petitioner who opened fire killing her husband. Taking into account the fact that the allegation against the petitioner is being the main assailant in the killing of the deceased's husband, this Court for the present is not inclined to grant him any relief to the petitioner and the bail application is
