2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code and cognizance has been taken under Sections 363, 366A, 376 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. In the trial, the victim girl in her deposition has said that she has eloped with the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19254 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-Vith-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with POCSO Case No. 16/2023 arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 404 of 2022.
