JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 07.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22406 of 2017 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within a period of seven months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that in spite of direction of this court, the trial has not yet been concluded and he has been in custody since long. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Earlier a report was called for from the court below with regard to stage of trial, from which it appears that the case has been committed to the court of sessions and further it appears that there is allegation against the petitioner of causing death of
