JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148,149,332,333,353,307,427,120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that in the similar circumstance, other co-accused persons, namely, Barmeshwar Yadav and Putul Sah have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 13.4.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11741 of 2015 and asserts that the case of the petitioner is on similar footing as that of those accused persons.

In view of the submissions as above, let the above

No.19279 of 2015 (3) dt.09-07-2015 named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Bihiya ( Bahoranpur) P.S.
