The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 332, 333, 337, 338, 307, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) (c) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, petitioners were engaged in selling toddy. Petitioners claim that they are having clean antecedent and are in custody since 9.6.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37093 of 2017(4) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017. If the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
