The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 302, 34 of the Indian penal Code.

Informant is the brother of deceased, who, in his FIR has alleged that petitioner who is husband of deceased has forcefully administered poison to the sister of informant as a consequence of which she died. The police has submitted charge sheet under Sections 306 and 328 of IPC. Petitioner is the husband and it has been submitted that she had committed suicide. The marriage was solemnized 12 years before and from

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017.
