This application for anticipatory bail arising out of Katoria P.S. Case No. 23 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 419/420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the main accused Wakil Sah had already been granted regular bail vide order dated 30.04.2021 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8458 of 2021 by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
