In a counter affidavit filed it has been averred

Patna High Court CWJC No.6833 of 2016 (3) dt.09-11-2016 2/2 that Stadium shall not be allotted to anyone for organizing any kind of social or cultural activities save and except for games and sport activities.

In view of the categorical statements, no further orders are called for in the present petition. The same is disposed of as infructuous.
