The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 182 of 2016registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of robbery. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused Raju Kumar Rai and Kanhaiya Kumar, and except that there is no other material against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since, 22.02.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45025 of 2017(2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bachhwara in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 182 of 2016.
