JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 18.1.2018, seeks bail in Ara Town PS Case No. 23 of 2018 registered under Sections 414, 401, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the police apprehended one Md. Arif, who disclosed that he used to steal motorcycle with his associates Haidar and Raza and has sold stolen motorcycles to various persons including the petitioner and a stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased the motorcycle, he had no knowledge that it was a stolen motorcycle and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Imran is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town PS Case No. 23 of 2018.
