This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 151 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 313 of the Indian Penal Code. Considered the submissions of the parties.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant, which has resulted in miscarriage. Annexure-2 of this bail application supports the prosecution case. In the opinion of
