The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sugoli P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-a), b, 26/35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of one country made pistol from possession of the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 04.05.2018. Lastly, it is submitted that a co-accused person, namely, Bipin Mahto has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64119 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 16682 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari in connection with Sugoli P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018.
