The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No.863 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 324 and 504 of the IPC.

It has been submitted that altogether 14 FIR named accused persons armed with deadly weapon came at the place of occurrence and started indiscriminate firing causing injuries to seven persons. This petitioner allegedly caused injury to Arvind Singh. There is also a counter case from the side of the petitioners. It is submitted that almost all the accused persons named in the FIR have been granted regular bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.Nos.41035 of 2017, 11319 of 2017 and 10208 of 2017 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43677 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2017.

Considering the nature of allegation facts and circumstances, prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No.863 of 2016.
