Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in the FIR is that some unknown person had purchased stone chips in the name of the company of the informant just to get undue benefit of tax and to burden the company of the informant.

Submission is that considering the nature of allegation some other co-accused persons have either been allowed anticipatory bail or regular bail by different Coordinate

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Motihari Rail Police Station Case No. 37 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
