ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No.311 of 2018 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 30(a), 36, 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was from the common house and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the alleged recovery was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on

No.18528 of 2019(3) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
