14-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner, in the present writ petition, has prayed for quashing of Annexure '1' to '3' to the writ petition. On perusal of the impugned orders, it appears that finally certificate has been issued and the matter has been referred to the Recovery Officer for recovery and thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed.

I do not find any justification in interfering with the matter.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
