The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a), 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

137.505 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a Maruti Swift Dzire car, of which, petitioner was one of the occupant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the said car. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.01.2022. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
