S. Case No. 249 of 2003 recorded in Malkhana Register vide M. R. No. 18/ 2003 and
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.411 of 2015 (3) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 19/2003 has been released in favour of the petitioner Md. Nayeem in presence of his son Md. Shamshad and one villager Maulana Shafique Alam Kasmi on 06.02.2016.
In view of the submissions made at the Bar, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
