The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 452, 504, 506, 509, 307, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that on the order of co-accused Shyam Kumar, the petitioner fired from his pistol, which hit in right arms of the informant, due to which he fell down. Co-accused Bipin Kumar fired upon the informant's wife but any how she saved.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The injury is said to

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 18.10.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. case No.297 of 2019.
