Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2053 of 2022.

Trial Court report reveals that charge has already been framed on 01.12.2021 and till date not a single witness has been examined on behalf of the prosecution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2021.

Considering the period of custody and progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
