Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 448, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner and his son entered into the house of the informant and assaulted him. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has been found to be superficial, simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19904 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur(Gidhour) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
