JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)a and 26 (2) and (3) of the Arms Act.

On information that the petitioner and others are manufacturing arms, the house of the petitioner was raided when no recovery of arms was made but certain equipments for manufacturing arms, LMG trigger, cleaning brush and other articles were recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation no offence under the Arms Act is made out. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.19924 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Jamui.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
