The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the victim.

Allegation is that after ten years of marriage the in-laws committed murder of the victim and disposed of the dead body. Subsequently, the informant has filed a petition on oath that in fact he had participated in the cremation of the victim. However, the villagers informed that murder was committed. Hence, he lodged the FIR. He got correct information that the death was a natural

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13814 of 2018 (3) dt.18-04-2018 P2/ one. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2017. Investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the fate of the trial and the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.296 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
