The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.94 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 498A/34 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is 70 years old father-in-law of the deceased.

Considering the age of the petitioner, his application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
