JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2022 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.2.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 47950 of 2021 to the extent that the depiction of the learned court below in the last paragraph of the said order has been wrongly made as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur instead of the learned court of Special Judge (Excise), Muzaffarpur. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of inadvertence, wrong particulars of the learned court below had been mentioned in the prayer portion of the original petition, hence, the same be condoned and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15841 of 2022(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 error be rectified.

Accordingly, the present modification petition stands disposed of with a direction that the depiction of the learned court below in the last paragraph of the order dated 28.2.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 47950 of 2021 be read as Special Judge (Excise), Muzaffarpur. The rest of the conditions mentioned in the said order dated 28.2.2022 shall remain the same.
