Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the victim of dowry death. The allegation is general and omnibus. The husband has already been allowed bail giving benefit of non-conclusion of investigation within the statutory period. Petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ghanshyampur Police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10783 of 2018 (3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 Station Case No. 175 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
