This is a case registered under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel he has been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion by attributing that he was talking with the victim girl. In fact the petitioner was also in search of his sister Laxmi Kumari who was also missing along with the victim girl from the same day i.e., 01.01.2018. Prior to the instant case petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.01.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13148 of 2018 (3) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Koransaray P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018 subject to the conditions : (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
