Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and the specific allegation of assault by Sword and iron rod is against co-accused Kamal Prasad and Mukesh Kumar respectively. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is general

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Bahadurganj Police Station Case No. 320 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
