The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would reveal that other named persons demanded ransom from the informant.

Submission is that during investigation the informant named to this petitioner also in his third statement before the police. Petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2018. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
