The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41, 56(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

There is recovery of 501 litres of Indian made Foreign Liquor from the field of the petitioners.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15483 of 2022(2) dt.12-08-2022 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners are owner of the place from where huge quantity of Indian made Foreign Liquor was recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners stands rejected.
