2. The petitioner, who is in custody since, 11.06.2022, seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 369 of 2023 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 189 of 2022, FIR dated 10.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry of Prohibition Act.
3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70315 of 2022 and thereafter again petitioner approached this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 77300 of 2023 but the same was withdrawn with the liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Court below vide order dated 01.12.2023.

4. Vide order dated 13.03.2024, a report with regard to the present status of the trial was called for. Report of the learned Trial Court dated 23.03.2024 reveals that out of six witnesses, four witnesses have been examined and two prosecution witnesses (I.O. and doctor) are to be examined.
5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the report of the trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions trial No. 369 of 2023 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 189 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Kaimur.
7. Prayer is refused.
8. However the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) ajay/- U T
