The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.06.2017, passed in Cr.Misc. No.27872 of 2017, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that due to non-presence of the petitioner in Bihar, he could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 21.06.2017, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 27872 of 2017 for surrender of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15909 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority.
