2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with POCSO P.S. Case No. 169 of 2024 (arising out of Chandi P.S. Case No. 596 of 2024) registered for the offence under Section 64 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape upon the minor girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that in the trial all witnesses have been examined.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
