JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 762 of 2020 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

No.25535 of 2021(5) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.
