JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-02-2016 It is evident from the stand taken by the respondents in the counter affidavit that they have all the intention to effect recovery against the petitioner, who is a retired Havildar of Bihar Police, of the benefit granted to him between the period 9.8.2000 till 1.7.2012 on the ground that petitioner has not passed Hindi Noting and Drafting Examination.
However, there is no order as such which has been passed in this regard because the same has neither been brought on record by the petitioner nor has been annexed with the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State.
Patna High Court CWJC No.6491 of 2015 dt.08-02-2016 2/2 In view of the above, let the concerned respondent, who is Superintendent of Police, Katihar, pass an order with regard to the intent and purpose which they have expressed in the counter affidavit.
